TARC Limited is a Delhi NCR real estate developer focused on premium and luxury housing in Delhi and Gurugram. The company is led by Anil Sarin as chairman and Amar Sarin as managing director and CEO. Its current projects include TARC Kailasa and TARC Tripundra in Delhi and TARC Ishva on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, which the company launched in September 2024 and reported selling about half of within weeks. TARC positions its projects around low-density planning, sustainability and design ideas drawn from Indian tradition.
