Stellar Group

Stellar Group is a developer based in Noida, with its corporate office in Sector 62. It was set up in 1996. Its main businesses are real estate and construction, and it also has interests in hospitality and information technology. It runs its own precast concrete plant, which it says can produce up to 1 million sq ft of built-up area a year. The group says it has built more than 10 million sq ft of residential, commercial and industrial space in Noida and Greater Noida. Its housing project in Greater Noida West, Stellar One, offers larger 3 and 4 BHK apartments.
