Paramount Group is a Delhi NCR developer of residential and commercial property. It says it has more than 26 years of experience, has developed over 10 million sq ft and has served about 10,000 people. Its projects include Paramount Golfforeste in Greater Noida, which has villas, apartments, studios and offices. Other projects are Paramount Emotions in Greater Noida West, Paramount Floraville in Sector 137 on the Noida Expressway, and Paramount Symphony and Orbit Plaza at Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad. Outside the NCR it has built Paramount Tulip in Saharanpur. The company lists Paramount Emotions as sold out, with 2 and 3 BHK flats of about 1,160 to 1,710 sq ft, and all its towers are marked ready for possession.
