Greenbay Infrastructure Private Limited is the developer of Greenbay Golf Village, a 100-acre gated township in Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway with a 12-hole executive golf course and a club called The Club Harbor. The company describes the village as the first gated, low-density township delivered on the expressway. Its corporate office is in DLF Phase II, Gurugram, and its registered office is in New Delhi.

Its current launch is The Monarque, three 28-storey towers on 4.22 acres inside the township with about 300 homes in 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK formats. The project was announced in November 2025 with an estimated investment of about ₹400 crore and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ710489/10/2025, due for completion by September 2029. The company does not publish a full list of past projects, so buyers should ask for its delivery record.
