Eros Group

Eros Group is a Delhi NCR business house with interests in real estate and hospitality. On its website the group says it has spent about eight decades in property development and hotels. Its hotel portfolio includes the Shangri-La hotel in New Delhi, a Radisson Blu in Faridabad and a Hyatt Centric in Chandigarh. Its current housing work is focused on the Eros Sampoornam series in Sector 2, Greater Noida West. Phase II is sold out and under construction, and Phase III offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments and is also under construction. The group also lists Edenwood Towers in Sector 39, Faridabad, a 3 and 4 BHK project where possession has begun. Its other developments are spread across Delhi, Faridabad and Greater Noida.
