DAH Greentech Group

DAH Greentech is the group behind NX One, a 25-acre mixed-use township at Kisan Chowk in Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida West. The project website names SP Sai IT Pvt Ltd as the developing company and says the group was set up in 2011 by young entrepreneurs. Its office is on Plot 17, Tech Zone IV. NX One includes office space, a retail mall, studio apartments and a residential section, and it is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ4746.
