Capital Infratechomes Private Limited is a developer based in Greater Noida West. It is part of a group that calls itself Capital Group, was founded in 2010, and has its office in Sector 1, Greater Noida (West). Its main project is Capital Athena in Sector 1, a residential complex of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with about 75% of the site as green area. The residential phases are registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ6310 and UPRERAPRJ6377. A commercial phase, Capital Athena Phase-3 Commercial, was registered in January 2022.
