Its current portfolio in Gurugram focuses on the Golf Course Extension Road area. The main project is 4S The Aurrum, a group housing project with 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments in Sector 59, registered with HRERA in 2024. The company also markets luxury builder floors under the names Aradhya Homes and Amor Floors, both offering 4 BHK units. Separately, it has registered Aster Avenue 36 in Sector 36, Sohna, with HRERA in two phases, the second in 2026.
